Standard Apple EULA: In addition to these terms, your use of PlotBeats is governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or accessing PlotBeats, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the app.

2. Intellectual Property Ownership

All scripts, synopses, characters, story bibles, beat boards, and visual pitch decks generated by you within PlotBeats remain your exclusive intellectual property. PlotBeats claims zero copyright, licensing, or royalty rights over user-created stories.

3. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

PlotBeats offers auto-renewing subscriptions (Monthly Pro and Annual Pro) and Lifetime passes:

Billing: Charged to your Apple ID upon purchase confirmation.
Automatic Renewal: Renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the close of the current billing cycle.
Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings.
